You choose a plan for the features you need, then a student population that covers your school. The price is the population’s capacity × the plan’s rate per student. For example, Premium for 101–200 students covers 200 students: 200 × ₦2,000 = ₦400,000 per term. Diamond for 51–100 students is 100 × ₦3,000 = ₦300,000 per term.
No. Plans differ only by features, and any plan works with any number of students. A 1,500-student school can choose Basic, and a 40-student school can choose Diamond — you pick the plan for its features, and the population for your size.
You can keep using everything as normal, and all your students and records stay accessible. Adding more students waits until you increase your capacity. We never charge you or upgrade you automatically — you choose a larger population and confirm the payment yourself.
Only the difference. If you have paid ₦400,000 for Premium with 200 students and move to 201–500 students, your new term amount is 500 × ₦2,000 = ₦1,000,000, and you pay the ₦600,000 difference now. The larger capacity applies as soon as your payment is confirmed.
Yes. Moving up to a plan with more features works like a capacity increase: you pay the difference for the rest of the term and get the features straight away. Moving to a smaller plan or population takes effect when you pay for your next term — nothing is refunded part-way through a term.
Paying for the whole session in advance gives a lower rate per student (₦2,800 for Basic, ₦5,800 for Premium and ₦8,800 for Diamond) against three terms at the standard rate, charged on the student population you choose.
Yes. Every school starts on a free trial with the core features and no time limit, so you can set up your school, add your first students and teachers, and see how it works before choosing a plan. A plan covers the term (or session) you pay for, with a 14-day grace period after it ends. Your data is never deleted.
